Read Me First
This is The Passionate Warriors "Read Me First" post.
I created the Passionate Warriors aiming to build a community of people who are passionate about something in this world. Whether that passion comes from your job, hobby, aspirations, and ideals or from your trials and errors, hardships or challenges.
Here is my story and what is the purpose of the passionate warrior
I want to know more about you, what are you passionate about? I want your story to be known to others and share that connectedness that brings us together. Let us explore the similarities and dualities that we all share, the struggles, the movement towards something greater than ourselves.
What is your contribution to the table of life? for yourself? for others?
I invite you to share your passion, skills, experiments, and victories. What are you passionate about?
Post a comment, with your story and a picture of you (if you want).
Want to be on the Passionate Warrior's community spotlight? send me a link to your story or post a video and let's share with everybody.
Want your story to be known but don't know how? Send me a message.
Let's do something great together!
Here are some ideas to get you started:
- What is it that you do, love to do or are passionate about?
- What motivated or inspired you to do it? Why are you doing it?
- Does it help other people besides yourself? or the environment? How?
I'll go first:
What I do: I help other people in discovering their true self and help them achieve their goal of being happy, healthy and at peace with themselves and others. I am passionate about service to others.
Why I do it? because I have learned that when I help other people, I am helping myself to grow to be a better person, husband, father, son, brother, and friend. It's a win-win situation.
How does it help other people? I am putting my grain of salt to spread the love and compassion here on earth; it allows to share my blessings, doing something of value to others and our planet.

So I invite you to share your passion, challenges, and victories. Let me know your thoughts below. Stay connected, join the tribe.
Like and share with friends and family. Spread the word and plant the seed. Let us help each other in growing a community to benefit Mother Earth and humanity.
Love, Kindness and Service
Carlos

Merly, thank you for being the first to show up here and share so openly. And forgive me for taking so long to reply.
Your words meant a lot to me. I can feel how authentic your path is and how deeply connected you are to it. From psychology, to healing work, to your vision of creating that space in Peru that honors nature, people, and Pachamama, it all feels very aligned with who you are.
That moment when surviving is no longer enough and we choose to live with intention is the turning point that changes your life.
Your vision is beautiful, and I have no doubt you will bring it to life. Thank you for sharing it here with so much honesty.
Love and hugs right back.
Hi, Carlos. I’m joining this party a little late ; ) but grateful that you’re offering this space for us to just be ourselves and share candidly.
1. What I’m passionate about is the human psyche. Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a psychologist, but my own negative experiences got on my way and I didn’t feel confident about my capabilities. Last year, I finally got my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my next step is to get a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I would also like receive training to work with psilocybin and maybe other psychedelics. My ultimate goal is to become a neo-shaman, combining traditional knowledge with modern science to provide a holistic experience.
2. What inspired me to do it is the realization that I had spent half of my life focused on surviving while ignoring my gifts. The pandemic helped me realize that I don’t want to leave this planet without fulfilling my purpose. I was done with regrets and excuses.
3. Yes, it does help other people. This is the best part. My project has taken an interesting turn since I’m inheriting a few acres of land, next to a main road, from my maternal lineage in Peru. I’d love to turn that land into a place that is centered on healing and reconnecting with nature. I want to grow my own organic food, raise a few chickens, plant lots of flowers around the house to contribute a little bit to save the bees, and live a life that honors our Pachamama. There’s also an old house there that I could turn into a retreat place. I’ve already visualized my healing space: rustic decor, crystal bowls and pyramids, tuning forks, essential oils, and other tools to complement my work. It may take me a few years, but I’m already seeing and feeling it every night.
(I’d love to share a picture with my dog, but it doesn’t let me upload). Love and hugs : )
